Overview Director, Learning Experience Delivery is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the Talent Roadmap for the organization, aligned with the company’s objectives.
The Talent Roadmap should support the development of all leaders within the business to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
Responsibilities Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and onboarding initiatives.
Partner with functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs and gaps aligned with business needs, while cultivating a culture of learning.
Provide guidance and support to aspiring leaders, facilitate leadership workshops or seminars, and stay updated on industry trends in leadership development practices.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and learning events to diverse audiences, ensuring content relevance, participant engagement, and knowledge retention.
Coach and develop a team of L design solutions that are relevant, prioritized, and aligned to talent needs.
Conceptualize and develop content for audiences from different functions; ensure L use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in L ability to manage global stakeholders.
Experience delivering learning solutions for LATAM, NAMEULA, and APAC regions.
Education Master’s degree in HR or Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in HR or Learning design and delivery certifications, coaching/psychometric certifications are advantageous.
Other Skills Decision-making using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment, lead and motivate staff, and build teams.
Strong organizational and interpersonal management skills; effective time management and attention to detail.
