Responsibilities

  • In charge of leading and continuously developing our core operation programmes across Europe with a focus on fulfillment for the IKEA category.
  • Responsible for implementing and successfully running all the operational programmes applicable to your role and markets, being accountable for meeting the KPIs of each.
  • Use data‐modeling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic, product, and operational improvements and changes.
  • Manage and report the performance of applicable operational programs in assigned markets.
  • Lead and assist the operations team leaders to ensure they have the information, training, and context to deliver their best outcome.
  • Support the management team with regular performance reports, deep dives on business‐critical topics, and forecasting.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, eagerness to get stuck in, high attention to detail, and robust organizational ability.
  • Comfortable with data manipulation (good knowledge of Excel/GSheets and experience with Looker or a similar tool desirable) and analytical rigor, as you track and analyze metrics and situations to improve outcomes and make recommendations.
  • Organizational skills: You must be a strong critical thinker, adept at problem‐solving multiple multi‐faced scenarios at once—while keeping your tasks in order and organized.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
  • Proactive attitude as we grow the business and uncover more unknowns.
