Taskrabbit is a marketplace platform that conveniently connects people with Taskers to handle everyday home to-do’s, such as furniture assembly, handyman work, moving help, and much more.
About the Role
This is a hybrid schedule requiring two days in‑office per week in our London office. It is an 11‑month maternity leave coverage, contract role. Taskrabbit is looking for a Lead to join its Task Logistics team. The team intervenes on at‑risk tasks and drives them to fulfillment, ensuring a positive and retentive client/Tasker experience. This role focuses on further enhancing one of our most successful operations programmes that sits at the core of our business and is an instrumental pillar in our growth plans. You will be supported by a talented regional and global operations team and implement your ideas with the help of 20+ agents, making a direct difference for a community of thousands of Taskers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously develop our core operation programmes across Europe with a focus on fulfillment for the IKEA category.
- Implement and run all operational programmes applicable to your role and markets, and be accountable for meeting the KPIs of each.
- Use data‑modeling practices to analyse findings and suggest strategic, product, and operational improvements.
- Manage and report the performance of applicable operational programmes in assigned markets.
- Lead and assist operation team leaders to provide them with information, training, and context for optimal outcomes.
- Support the management team with regular performance reports, deep dives on business‑critical topics, and forecasting.
- Conduct supply analysis for the IKEA category across Europe and advise country managers on needs to optimise supply health.
Requirements
- Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in an operational role with a proven track record.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills, eagerness to get stuck in, high attention to detail, and robust organisational ability.
- Comfortable with data manipulation (good knowledge of Excel/GSheets and experience with Looker or a similar tool desirable) and analytical rigor; track and analyse metrics to improve outcomes and make recommendations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills for multiple, multi‑faceted scenarios while keeping tasks orderly and organised.
- Resilience and flexibility to adapt to an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
- Proactive attitude as we grow the business and uncover more unknowns.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range £59,000–£85,000 (base pay only). Total compensation consists of base pay, bonus, benefits, and perks. Hybrid work model with flexibility and in‑person connection. Employer‑paid health insurance (US) and 401(k) match (US).
