Tig Welder

Taskmaster Resources Ltd are delighted to be recruiting a Skilled TIG Welder on behalf of our well-established client based in Sheffield. Our client specialises in the design and manufacture of high-performance stainless steel systems, supplying quality products across various industries.

The Role

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality stainless steel assemblies and components, ensuring all work meets the required specifications and standards.

• TIG welding stainless steel components to create finished assemblies
• Fabricating both simple and complex products using a range of techniques
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Operating fabrication tools and ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard
• Adhering to all health, safety, and quality requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in TIG welding
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience fabricating simple and complex shapes
• Previous experience welding filters, vessels, or thin-gauge stainless steel would be an advantage

Working Hours

Rotating shifts (weekly rotation):

• Days: Monday – Thursday, 06:00 – 14:00 | Friday, 06:00 – 11:00
• Afters: Monday – Thursday, 14:00 – 22:00 | Friday, 11:00 – 16:00
• Overtime available at a premium rate
