Taskmaster is recruiting for a saw operator on behalf of our client based in the Upton / South Elmsall area. This is a hands-on welding role within a busy manufacturing environment, ideal for someone experienced in MIG welding and looking for stable work through the summer.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:15 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am – 1:30 pm
- Optional Overtime: Saturday 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
Main Duties:
- Operate and programme automatic and multi-blade saws
- Follow cutting sheets or technical instructions / drawings
- Produce components of the correct size and shape
- Material Handling
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven saw experience
- Ability to read and understand drawings / instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Good attention to detail and quality finish
