Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking to recruit for a National Sales Manager for our electric heating products manufacturing client based within Cambridgeshire. We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to join the sales team of our client and aid in the growing of their successful business.

National Sales Manager Duties:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals across multiple regions in the UK.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Provide coaching and support to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Suitable Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience as a National Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Experience within the electric heating or related industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required across the UK.
  • Full UK driving license.
