On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Processing & Quality Manager to oversee production operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency within a fast-paced processing environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing processing teams, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the processing team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Oversee all processing activities to ensure production targets and standards are met
  • Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage and monitor stock control, including inventory accuracy and waste reduction
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
