Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls.
- Provide a customer-friendly service.
- Make accurate and detailed reports of each customer interaction.
- Operate within a number of third-party CRM systems to log requests.
- Adhere to PCI compliance guidelines.
- Manage workload and prioritise tasks appropriately.
- Liaise with clients, customers and engineers to maintain positive working relationships.
Skills:
- Great first step into an office-based role, our client provides training so experience isn’t also needed!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts: Flexible working hours required - afternoons AND nights (mandatory), 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
