As a Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our client's non-GP clinical workforce across Huddersfield, Leeds, and Wakefield. This role blends clinical expertise with operational leadership, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise clinical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Develop clinical pathways and protocols for enhanced service delivery.
- Support service mobilisation and continuous improvement.

- Professional clinical qualification registered with: General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) OR Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) OR Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Masters level clinical practitioner qualification (PGDip or MSc).
- Independent prescriber qualification.
- Leadership AND / OR Management Qualification OR willing to work towards a leadership / management qualification.
- Registered Clinician (NMC, HCPC, GPhC)
- Strong leadership & operational management skills
- Experience leading clinical teams & driving service improvements
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
