Taskmaster Resources Ltd in Huddersfield have been working with the University of Huddersfield since August 2014 and are currently recruiting a competent and experienced Administrator for a 3 month contract for 37 hrs per week. Job Description The post reports to the Organisational Development Manager and is responsible for providing a range of high-quality administrative services for People & Organisational Development (P&OD) team, working collaboratively across P&OD, the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and with a range of internal and external partners. Main Duties and Responsibilities 1. Working closely with team members to schedule a range of development initiatives. 2. Administering the P&OD training programme using the iTrent system (from bookings to evaluation), this includes liaison with facilitators, booking rooms and where necessary, hospitality/refreshments. 3. Providing a professional and customer-focussed service, responding efficiently to all enquires made to the P&OD team via MS Teams, email, and in person. 4. Administering the Learn Upon E-Learning system for all staff and associates of the University. 5. Administering relevant data-sources, including the CMI hub. To register and help track CMI learner progression so that qualifications and Chartered Manager certification can be arranged in a timely manner. 6. Processing payments, purchase orders and invoice reconciliations via Unit 4 in line with our financial procedures. 7. Ordering development related supplies and stationery as required. 8. Undertaking any other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the Organisational Development Manager.
