Monitor driver and team performance, addressing issues where required and promoting a strong culture of accountability. Ensure teams follow company procedures, health & safety requirements and client-specific processes. Assist with investigating incidents, vehicle damage, service issues and customer complaints, ensuring appropriate actions are followed through to completion.
