Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Strip Operative to join a busy and growing operation in Warrington.
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling products and equipment, separating components, and ensuring materials are processed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Stripping and dismantling products using hand tools
Sorting materials and components for recycling or refurbishment
Working safely and efficiently to meet daily targets
Carrying out quality checks on components
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse, production experience is advantageous
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
This role involves heavy lifting and manual handling duties . However, mechanical lifting equipment is provided to assist with moving larger and heavier items safely.
This position begins as a temporary assignment, with the possibility of longer-term employment for the right candidates.
