Taskmaster Resources are looking for a Transport Administrator for our client based in Rushden.
Duties:
- Making booking arrangements with hauliers/shippers/freight forwarders.
- Raising haulage/freight purchase orders.
- Monitoring deliveries/collections.
- Communicating any issues arising against schedule with the relevant parties.
- Producing weight tickets and corresponding reports.
- Email correspondence as needed.
- Assist the export team as required.
- Filing the relevant paperwork and completing spreadsheets.
- Weighbridge duties.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and routing through to intended recipient.
SAP system knowledge is required. Weighbridge experience preferred.
