Taskmaster Resources Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, electrically biased role focused on fault finding, diagnostics, and maintaining automated production equipment to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical fault finding on production machinery and control systems
  • Maintenance and repair of PLC-controlled equipment (diagnostics and basic modifications)
  • Working with control panels, wiring, sensors, relays, inverters, and motors
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) with a strong electrical focus
  • Diagnosing faults on automated systems and production lines
  • Responding quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime
  • Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and machinery
  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Ensuring all work complies with electrical safety standards and site procedures
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports
