Taskmaster Resources Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, electrically biased role focused on fault finding, diagnostics, and maintaining automated production equipment to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical fault finding on production machinery and control systems
- Maintenance and repair of PLC-controlled equipment (diagnostics and basic modifications)
- Working with control panels, wiring, sensors, relays, inverters, and motors
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) with a strong electrical focus
- Diagnosing faults on automated systems and production lines
- Responding quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime
- Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and machinery
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ensuring all work complies with electrical safety standards and site procedures
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports
