Taskmaster Resources LTD currently have opportunities for production operatives for a well-established company within the food production industry. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a fast-paced food production line, ensuring products are prepared and packed to company standards
- Collecting and preparing client orders accurately and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting order sheets, labels, and barcodes to ensure correct products are picked and dispatched
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety and food hygiene regulations
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
- Labelling, packing, and palletising goods ready for distribution
- Following company processes and reporting any issues to supervisors
Requirements:
- Fluent in English to understand order sheets, barcodes, and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when collecting and processing orders
- Good level of physical fitness as the role may involve standing for long periods and some manual handling
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude to team working
- Previous experience in food production, warehousing, or order picking is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
