Recycling Site Manager Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit a Recycling Site Manager to join the expanding team of our well established recycling and waste client based within Rushden (NN10).
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm. (potentially 9am-9pm) some weekend work may be required at busy times.
Pay rate: £16.00ph with will rise to £18.00ph after a probation period.
Duties and responsibilities
Based in the Operations department, you will oversee all production/site operations.
Attend meetings, produce reports, general admin duties.
To assist in the completion of risk assessments and SOPs.
To conduct regular safety and environmental inspections.
To ensure housekeeping is of a world-class standard and the site is visit and audit ready at all times.
To champion Health & Safety / Environmental Statutory and Company Rules & Regulations.
To complete routine stock checks as instructed by the Operations Manager.
To ensure that manufacturing KPIs are met.
To work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure that all plant and equipment is cleaned, maintained and serviced to a high standard and repaired in a timely manner.
To work closely with fellow department managers to ensure that the business is operating at optimum cost and efficiency.
