Shifts & Pay Rate ( these shifts are set and will not be rotating) -Days (Monday Friday) 06:00 14:00 - £14.21 per hourBacks (Monday Friday) 14:00-22:00 - £14.98 per hourNights (Monday Friday) 22:00-06:00 - £17.30 per hourThe right candidate must have experience within a Supervision role as Cvs and interviews are required beforehandDuties -
- Running an Operations Team
- Meeting Targets and KPI's
- Ensuring the control operations and allocation of workload is completed with the employee's
- Making sure Health and Safety is followed in the warehouse
- General duties also include working in the warehouse
Skills:
- Previous Supervision or Line Management work
- Health & Safety aware
- Strong Leadership
- Ability to use own initiative
- WMS Awareness
- Good Numeracy and Literacy skills
- PC Knowledge
