Taskmaster Resources are looking for a Logistics Support for our client based in Rushden.

Duties:

  • Making booking arrangements with hauliers/shippers/freight forwarders.
  • Raising haulage/freight purchase orders.
  • Monitoring deliveries/collections.
  • Communicating any issues arising against schedule with the relevant parties.
  • Producing weight tickets and corresponding reports.
  • Email correspondence as needed.
  • Assist the export team as required.
  • Filing the relevant paperwork and completing spreadsheets.
  • Weighbridge duties.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and routing through to intended recipient.
  • SAP system knowledge is required.
