Taskmaster Resources Ltd are currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator on behalf of our well-established client based in Dunston, Lincoln LN4. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a dedicated team.

Hours: B shift Days (Thurs to Sat, alternative Wed 6am to 6pm)

Pay rate: £15.81ph

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the site Production Manager with various elements of data entry so they can analyse and make the right business decisions for the site's performance and efficiencies.
  • Track performance of the site order deliveries and escalate any issues to the Production Manager.
  • Actively participate in site Health and Safety and lead by example to the rest of the team to maintain standards.
  • Support to carry out Health and Safety audits when required.
  • Complete daily stock takes to ensure we have clear counts for order processing and grading plans.
  • Help plan grading plans daily and plan outloading stocks for orders to pass to the teams for processing.
  • Support when required with quality on site.
  • Support with food safety rules on site and escalate any concerns to the Production Manager.
  • Respond to queries from customers in a timely manner and escalate any concerns to the Production Manager.
  • Support the team in any way around standard workload.
