Overview
Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit a Washline Section Manager to join the expanding team of our well established client based in Lincoln (LN4).
Responsibilities
- Managing labor allocation, monitoring staff attendance and compliance, overseeing probation and development processes, and maintaining effective communication with various departments.
- Ownership of the Wash Line process — conducting checks, monitoring performance data, and ensuring GMP compliance.
- Accountability for shift performance.
- Lead, mentor and support team members to drive productivity, uphold site standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in line with business objectives and values.
