Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate of Pay: £14.70 per hour

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (generally a finish time of 12.30 on Friday afternoons).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating Purchase orders.
  • Ordering spare parts, receiving parts, ensuring parts are in stock.
  • Updating stock management software.
  • Maintaining records for audits and legal compliance.
  • Completing and auditing contractor paperwork.
  • Booking labour.
  • Creating spare part kits.
  • Monthly reporting via Pirana.
  • Stock taking, monitoring spares, coordinate and manage end of year stock take.
  • Ensuring stock has been placed on the shelving and allocated on stock levels.
  • Maintaining ISO 14001 records.
