Looking for a role that keeps you active, independent, and out on the road? We are looking for a reliable Cover / Lead Driver to join our team. This role involves learning multiple delivery rounds to provide cover when required, sometimes at short notice. You will also help build new milk rounds, supporting other drivers with onboarding a high volume of new customers each week. This is a permanent position after 12 weeks, provided that performance and attendance meet the clients expectations.
Location: Keighley
Pay: £14.20 per hour, rising to £14.70 + £500 bonus after 6 months
Hours: 38 hours per week
Shift: Night shift, 10:00pm - 7:30am (4 nights per week)
Days off: Friday and Saturday nights
Requirements:
- Full UK Cat B driving licence
- Experience driving a 3.5t vehicle
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
