Taskmaster Resources Ltd in Huddersfield are currently recruiting 3 competent and experienced Administrators for a 14 week contract for 37 hours per week. Working within the Student Recruitment and Admissions Team, part of the Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment directorate, at the University of Huddersfield. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused service, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and thrives in a dynamic environment.
As a member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service over the period of Clearing, handling enquiries via telephone and email and supporting the enquirer and applicant lifecycle, including processing admission decisions for UK undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supporting interview arrangements and ensuring all pre-enrolment checks are completed (such as proof of qualifications, DBS and medical reports).
You will use a variety of systems including bespoke IT platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams). This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same. You will be an organised, experienced and motivated administration professional who can manage a varied and sometimes complex workload efficiently.
A great team player, you will be able to build strong working relationships at all levels and be able to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your previous experience will have involved using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams) to support administrative and customer service functions.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties). Our usual hybrid working pattern is Monday and Friday from home and Tuesday to Thursday in the office. We also work fully remotely for 3 weeks over the main peak of the clearing period (this will be weeks commencing 10th, 17th and 24th of August, then returning to the normal hybrid pattern on Tuesday 1st September after the bank holiday).
