Taskmaster Resources Ltd have been working in partnership with the University of Huddersfield since August 2014 and at this time we are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for a 3 month contract.
Student Recruitment and Admissions Team Administrator
37 hours per week
Working within the Student Recruitment and Admissions Team, part of the Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment directorate, at the University of Huddersfield. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused service, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and thrives in a dynamic environment.
As a member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries via telephone and email and support the enquirer and applicant lifecycle, including processing admission decisions for UK undergraduate, postgraduate, and research courses.
You will use a variety of systems including bespoke IT platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams). This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same.
You will be an organised, experienced and motivated administration professional who can manage a varied and sometimes complex workload efficiently. A great team player, you will be able to build strong working relationships at all levels and be able to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
