Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Customer Service to join a busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing orders and updating customer records
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
• Providing accurate information and excellent customer service
• Maintaining administrative records and reports
• Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Friendly, professional, and proactive approach

What We Offer:

• Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am - 5:00pm)
• Competitive pay rate of £12.71 per hour

This position begins as a temporary xgikmsk assignment, with the possibility of longer-term employment for the right candidates.
