CLASS 2 Refuse Driver Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a CLASS 2 Refuse Driver for our client based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire (CB25)
Main
Duties: Driving a hookloader (Roll-On-Off) 6/8 wheel vehicle based from Waterbeach, Cambridge and covering the household recycling sites based around the county collecting large containers and taking them to various disposal points in the county.
Ensure vehicle is roadworthy and load is safe for the public highway.
Comply with all highway rules, e. g. speed limits and weight/height limits.
Transport the load collected to an appropriate waste disposal facility.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times whilst carrying out these duties.
Liaise with Traffic Office at the end of each working day to de-brief and clarify jobs completed on that day and check worksheets relating to jobs for the next day.
