Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently recruiting for Machine Minders to join a busy Tray Wash Plant in Castleford (WF10). These are long-term, ongoing roles.
Shift Pattern: Continental (4 on / 4 off rotation)
Shifts:
- Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Nights: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Flexibility required: Must be able to work both days and nights
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour
Immediate starts available
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Ensuring the machine runs smoothly and efficiently
- Loading materials into the machine as required
- Checking product quality and reporting any issues
- Clearing minor blockages and maintaining workflow
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
- Working in line with health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous machine minder or production experience preferred (not essential)
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days & nights)
- Strong reliability and commitment to safety
