Counterbalance FLT Driver
Location: BD4 – Euroway, Bradford
Pay: £13.32 per hour
Overtime: £17.09 per hour after 40 hours (1.5× rate)
Double Time: £20.86 per hour (2× rate)
Shifts: Rotating
Shift Times: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join our team at a busy site in Euroway, Bradford (BD4).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and reliable FLT Driver looking for regular work on a rotating shift pattern.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods around the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the wider warehouse operation.
Shift Pattern
You will work rotating shifts between:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Flexibility to work both shifts is required.
Pay Rates
- £13.32 per hour standard rate
- £17.09 per hour for hours worked over 40 hours (1.5× overtime rate)
- £20.86 per hour at double time (2× rate)
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
- Picking and placing goods safely
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Completing relevant warehouse and FLT paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse team when required
Requirements
- Valid and relevant Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate
- Previous warehouse or FLT experience
- Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work rotating xgikmsk shifts
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
