General Operative with FLT in Bentley

Taskmaster is recruiting a General Operative with an FLT licence on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied, hands on work and is looking for a long term role with a fixed afternoon shift.

Pay: £14.50 per hour, paid weekly
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm

Please note: This is primarily a general operative position, with approximately 30% FLT work, as required. A Reach licence is preferred, although candidates with a Counterbalance licence will also be considered.

Your duties will include:

• Cutting products to size and operating machinery.
• Handling goods in and goods out.
• Preparing products for dispatch.
• Operating an FLT as required.
• Supporting general production and warehouse activities.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Carrying out manual handling tasks, which may involve some heavy lifting.

What we're looking for:

• An external FLT licence (out of date accepted) - ideally Reach, although Counterbalance will be considered.
• A reliable approach to attendance and timekeeping.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to safe working.
• Willingness to carry out general operative duties alongside FLT work.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
