Taskmaster Resources Ltd in Huddersfield have been working with the University of Huddersfield since August 2014 and are currently recruiting 3 competent and experienced Administrators for a 14 week contract for 37 hrs per week. Working within the Student Recruitment and Admissions Team, part of the Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment directorate, at the University of Huddersfield. This is a fast-paced and customer-focussed service, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and thrives in a dynamic environment.

As a member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service over the period of Clearing, handling enquiries via telephone and email and supporting the enquirer and applicant lifecycle, including processing admission decisions for UK undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supporting interview arrangements and ensuring all pre-enrolment checks are completed (such as proof of qualifications, DBS and medical reports).

You will use a variety of systems including bespoke IT platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams). This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same. You will be an organised, experienced and motivated administration professional who can manage a varied and sometimes complex workload efficiently. A great team player.
