Taskmaster Resources Scotland is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our long standing clients in Grangemouth to recruit 10 x Order Pickers to add to the back shift teams operation for the summer. You will be required to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for candidates seeking consistent back shift hours, with opportunities to pick up additional hours based on performance, reliability, and business needs. Successful candidates will begin on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to secure more consistent hours and potentially permanent positions for high performers.
Pay Rates
- Weeks 1–12: £13.00 per hour (standard), £18.53 per hour (overtime), £26.00 per hour (Bank Holidays)
- Weeks 13–26: £13.49 per hour (standard), £19.02 per hour (overtime), £26.98 per hour (Bank Holidays)
- Week 27 onwards: £14.49 per hour (standard), £20.02 per hour (overtime), £28.98 per hour (Bank Holidays)
