Taskmaster Recruitment is looking for a Site Operative to work at our client\’s site in Warboys.

Responsibilities include:

1. Sorting household and commercial waste from a pick line into categories such as plastic, wood, brick, and metals.
2. Operating machinery to feed recycling waste for processing.
3. Inspecting materials for contamination.
4. Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
5. Meeting audit and cleaning standards.
6. Wearing the appropriate protective equipment at all times.
7. Carrying out work in accordance with health and safety standards.

Desirable skills and attributes:

• Physical fitness is essential.
• Ability to use initiative.
• Comfortable working with noise and dust.
• Organized with effective time management.
• Adherence to health and safety rules.
• Ability to work harmoniously with others.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday to Friday, with overtime available at increased pay rates.

Pay rate: £ – £ per hour, depending on experience and flexibility.
