Taskmaster Resources Ltd are currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator on behalf of our well-established client based in Dunston, Lincoln LN4. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a dedicated team.
Hours: B shift Days (Thurs to Sat, alternative Wed 6am to 6pm)
Pay rate: £15.81ph
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the site Production Manager with various elements of data entry so they can analyse and make the right business decisions for the site's performance and efficiencies.
- Track performance of the site order deliveries and escalate any issues to Production Manager.
- Actively participate in site Health and Safety and lead by example to the rest of the team to maintain standards. Support to carry out Health and Safety audits when required.
- Complete daily stock takes to ensure we have clear counts for order processing and grading plans.
- Help plan grading plans daily and plan outloading stocks for orders to pass to the teams for processing.
- Support when required with quality on site.
- Support with food safety rules on site and escalate any concerns to Production Manager.
- Respond to queries from customers in a timely manner and escalate any concerns to Production Manager.
- Support the team in any way around standard workload to ensure efficient performance and help to prevent any delays or shortages to customers.
- Lead to support Production Manager to ensure team adhere to process and are compliant against these. System compliance is included within this.
General Responsibilities:
- To ensure all Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are followed at all times.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by your Manager.
- To carry out duties economically with concern for the effective use of time and resources skills.
Skills Experience Required:
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Microsoft IT Skills, email and databases.
- Experience in FMGCC.
- Strong Communications Skills.
- Experience in admin/coordinator roles.
- Planning and coordination of work.
- Able to analyse data and problem solve.
