We are currently recruiting MIG Welders to join our client located in L33, Kirkby area. These roles are long-term opportunities. Immediate start dates are available. Weld tests available immediately.
Pay rate: £14/hour, with pay review and potential increase after a probationary period.
Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00
- Friday: 06:00 – 12:00
Responsibilities:
- MIG/TIG welding various materials, predominantly stainless steel and aluminium.
- Jig work
- Basic fabrication duties
- Bulk of work is on 1mm to 4mm, but can range up to 20mm
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Previous welding experience is essential
- Must be able to correctly set-up own welding machine for the various works required
- Good English (reading / verbal) is required
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast paced environment
- Own transport is essential
The position begins as a temporary assignment, with the possibility of longer-term employment.
