We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation in the Leigh area. This role involves supporting customers while coordinating and booking deliveries, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer service queries via phone and email
- Booking and coordinating home deliveries for large items
- Liaising with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Updating systems with accurate customer and delivery information
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (logistics experience desirable)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Monday–Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
