Taskmaster Resources LTD are looking for Class 1 tramper drivers with experience in driving and operating flat bed vehicles. Below, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply.

Due to insurance purposes we require you to have held your driving license for a minimum of 2 years and have been driving within that time and be able to prove to the client. Working hours are Monday to Friday, start times between 06.00 - 08.00am. Tramping is also preferred. Our client will be able to commit to work for weeks in advance to support through the summer months.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate HGV a LHD Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently for long-distance deliveries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Manage flatbed loads securely and efficiently, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.

Applicants must have the following:

  • Hold a valid Category C+E (Class 1) HGV/ LGV entitlement.
  • Minimum of 2 years Class 1 experience.
  • Hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card (Digi Card).
  • Have no more than 6 points on your license; DR DD IN endorsements are not accepted.
  • Hold a full CPC.
