Taskmaster have a new temporary to permanent vacancy for one of our long-standing clients in Birstall. We are seeking experienced Class 2 night drivers for a well-established refrigerated transport company.
Job Specification:
- Start times: between 15:30 and 18:00
- Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
- Delivering frozen and chilled goods to coffee shops covering Leeds, Newcastle, York and Harrogate areas
- Handballing required
- Cage work, drivers must be physically fit and able to stock items on shelves
Pay rates when temporary:
- Monday to Friday: £16ph
- Saturday: £18ph
- Sunday: £20ph
Requirements:
- Ideally, 2 years’ experience, new passes with experience are considered
- Valid HGV (C) driving licence
- No more than 6 points for minor offences
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- No endorsements such as IN & DR 10’s due to company insurance
