Taskmaster Resources are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Glasgow, for a Class 2 Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety within their role, combining Class 2 driving duties with warehouse support as required.
The Role
- Carrying out Class 2 deliveries as and when required.
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for existing drivers.
- Supporting during busy periods and additional overflow requirements.
- Driving company vans when required.
- Assisting within the warehouse when not out on deliveries.
- Picking orders and preparing stock.
- General housekeeping and maintaining warehouse standards.
- Supporting with products including wheelbarrows, brushes and signage.
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm. Earlier starts may be required depending on delivery schedules. 20-minute morning break. One-hour unpaid lunch break.
