Recycling Site Manager Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit a Recycling Site Manager to join the expanding team of our well established recycling and waste client based within Sharnbrook Bedfordshire (MK44).
Friday: 6.30am – 5.00pm Pay rate: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour Duties and responsibilities: Managing a team of Bales, Recycling Operatives and Cleaners.
To ensure that all agencies employees have signed our induction requirements and they are compliant with our H S standards ensuring they work safe and productive at all times.
To be an active member of all SHEQ activities on site.
To assist in the completion of risk assessments and SOP’s.
To conduct regular safety and environmental inspections.
To ensure housekeeping is of a world-class standard and the site is ‘visit and audit ready’ at all times.
To champion Health Safety / Environmental Statutory and Company Rules Regulations.
To complete routine stock checks as instructed by the Operations Manager.
To ensure that manufacturing KPI’s are met.
To work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure that all plant and equipment is cleaned, maintained and serviced to a high standard and repaired in a timely manner.
