We are seeking an experienced Processing & Quality Manager to oversee production operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency within a fast-paced processing environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing processing teams, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

  • Oversee all processing activities to ensure production targets and standards are met.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards.
  • Manage and monitor stock control, including inventory accuracy and waste reduction.
