We are seeking an experienced Processing & Quality Manager to oversee production operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency within a fast-paced processing environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing processing teams, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
- Oversee all processing activities to ensure production targets and standards are met
- Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
- Manage and monitor stock control, including inventory accuracy and waste reduction
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall business objectives
Proven experience in a processing, production, or manufacturing management role. Strong understanding of quality control and hygiene standards (ideally within food or FMCG environments). Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
