Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen our existing management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and lock up the site alongside other supervisors.
- Check delivery vehicles before they leave the yard to ensure the correct stock has been loaded.
- Receive and check incoming deliveries.
- Plan daily delivery routes with the other supervisors.
- Check larger customer orders and ensure stock is loaded accurately onto the correct vehicles.
- Supervise warehouse and delivery teams, ensuring all daily workloads are covered efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and health & safety.
- Support the management team with the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.
- Carry out any additional duties as required to support the business.

Requirements:
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident, strong character who can lead a team and make decisions.
- A hands-on supervisor who leads by example.
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy warehouse environment.
- Flexible and willing to go above and beyond when required.
- A strong communicator with excellent people management skills.
- FLT (Forklift Truck) experience is preferred.
- A valid FLT licence would be an advantage.
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience is preferred, and experience within the warehouse distribution industry would be an advantage.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility is required).
- Every other Saturday: 7:00am - 3:00pm.
- Working pattern alternates between a 5-day week and a 6-day week.
- Saturdays are paid at your standard hourly rate in addition to your contracted hours.
Annual Leave:
Due to the nature of our business, annual leave cannot be taken during the Easter period or throughout December.
Pay & Benefits:
