We are currently recruiting for experienced Logistics Coordinators to join a fast-paced and busy logistics operation. Opportunities are available across both Day and Night shifts based in Wetherby LS22 on a permanent basis. Due to site location you must live local to site or have access to your own transport.

Salary

  • Days: £29,192.30 per annum
  • Nights: £31,193.02 per annum

Shift Pattern

  • 12-hour shifts
  • 6am - 6pm (Days)
  • 6pm - 6am (Nights)

The Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the operation. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, communicating with internal teams and drivers, and ensuring all operational targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics and transport operations
  • Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and management
  • Ensure accurate completion of transport and shipping documentation
  • Track deliveries and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
  • Update internal systems and provide operational reports where required
  • Support the wider logistics team in achieving KPI targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience within logistics, transport, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Competent IT and administration skills
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
  • FLT Counterbalance Licence

  • CCP Trained
  • Food Safety Level 2
