FLT Counterbalance Driver – Production Environment**4 on 4 off | 12-Hour Shifts | Days & Nights | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced production environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work on a continental shift pattern.
Shift Pattern
4 on / 4 off
2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts
Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
4 days off following each rotation
Key Responsibilities
Safely operating a Counterbalance FLT within a busy production environment
Moving raw materials, packaging and finished products around the site
Supplying production areas with materials as required
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving and storing finished goods in designated areas
Carrying out daily FLT safety checks and reporting any faults
Supporting general production and warehouse duties when required
Ensuring all materials are handled safely to prevent damage
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Following all site Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
Valid accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
Previous FLT experience is essential
Experience working within a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
Comfortable working 12-hour day and night shifts
Good communication skills and a good level of English
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling when required
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Available to start as soon as possible
