We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable FLT Counterbalance / Pivot Steer Driver to join our team on a regular night shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and competent FLT operator looking for consistent hours and overtime opportunities.
The Role
- Safely operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks
- Safely operating Pivot Steer Forklift Trucks
- Loading and unloading materials and products
- Moving stock safely around the site
- Ensuring all goods are handled correctly and efficiently
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- The successful candidate must be qualified and competent in operating both:
- Counterbalance Forklift Trucks
- Pivot Steer Forklift Trucks
- You must hold a valid and accredited FLT licence/certificate and be confident operating both types of equipment in a busy working environment.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
Working Hours & Pay
- Friday to Monday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- £14.76 per hour
- Paid breaks
This position begins as a temporary assignment, with the possibility of longer-term employment for the right candidates.
