Transport Administrator Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator for our client based in Milton Keynes.

Duties: .

Dealing with customer and client correspondence.

Deputise for Senior Traffic Dispatcher when required.

Driver engagement (de-brief and ad hoc meetings).

Investigate service failures and action the appropriate corrective action.

Action out of positions and update photos taken by drivers on the system.

Liaise with Workshop, driver, and Operations regarding all defects.

Process and manage the Overweight Vehicle Report.

Manage Hazard & Near miss reports to successful resolution.

Tachograph download from vehicle(s).

Full root cause investigation and follow up documented process for drivers infringements.

Service failure investigation and remedial actions to correct.

Disposal ticket investigation/audit.

Vehicle defect reporting.

Driver debrief daily audit.

Drivers Hours infringements management, Investigate and reduce vehicle misuse.

Full wheel torque compliance.

Contribute to improving Operational budget costs.

Skills and Experience: Must have good data analytical skills. Experienced in customer service. This a highly repetitive positions, you must be focused to fulfil this role.

  • Pay Rate:£28,000PA Hours:08.30
  • 17.30 Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
