Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently recruiting for a Handyman and Machine Maintenance Operative on behalf of our client based in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire (MK44). This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual with a mechanical background to join a busy and fast-paced recycling site.
As a Handyman and Machine Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site:
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of site machinery and equipment
- Maintain and repair balers and associated recycling equipment
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes
Previous experience in a maintenance or mechanical role is required:
- Practical experience repairing fencing, panels, or site structures
- Experience working within a recycling, industrial, or similar environment is desirable
- Knowledge of machinery maintenance and fault finding
- Background in automotive, mechanical, or engineering work would be advantageous
Working hours are Monday to Friday at £13.00 per hour. This is a full-time, ongoing work opportunity to gain experience in a busy industrial environment with potential for long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
