On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Processing & Quality Manager to oversee production operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency within a fast-paced processing environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing processing teams, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and develop the processing team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Oversee all processing activities to ensure production targets and standards are met
- Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
- Manage and monitor stock control, including inventory accuracy and waste reduction
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed accurately and on time
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall business objectives
- Proven experience in a processing, production, or manufacturing management role
- Strong understanding of quality control and hygiene standards (ideally within food or FMCG environments)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
