METALWORKERS / MACHINE OPERATIVES NEEDED IN SKELMERSDALE - LEARN A NEW SKILL - ALL TRAINING PROVIDED - NO WEEKEND WORK - ONSITE PARKING - IMMEDIATE START
Our Skelmersdale-based client is currently recruiting for some Machine Operatives / Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Workers who are available to start work immediately. The ideal candidate will have previous industrial experience, ideally working with sheet metal. However, training will be provided on the job. Work is ongoing with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Working hours:
- EARLIES 6am-2:00pm
- LATES 2:00pm -10pm
You will work on a weekly rotation of the above shifts. Work is Monday to Friday. Pay rate £12.21 per hour, INCREASE AFTER 12 WEEKS.
Duties include:
- Use of various machines
- Guillotine
- Hydro Form
- Press Brake
- Working at a fast pace
- Concentration
- Keeping work area and workshop clean and tidy
