Taskmaster is currently recruiting Panel Saw Operators for our client based in Sheffield. This is a full-time ongoing position with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Use of panel saws and other machinery
- Ability to read and understand measurements
- Understanding of engineering drawings
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Well organised and has good attention to detail
- Able to work alone for long periods of time
- Has previous experience in panel saws or other machinery
Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 07.30 - 16.30 and Friday: 07.00 - 14.00
Pay rate: £13.38
Some of the items stocked can be heavy, and as this is a fast-paced environment, therefore a level of fitness is required. This is a highly physical role and production workers may spend their entire shift on their feet while also bending and lifting heavy items.
